1. Double-click the SMART Bridgit Admi nistration Toolsic onon the server's desktop, and
thenclic k the Securitytab.
2. Select Server accesspasswordin t heC lientaccess passwords area.
3. Type the passwords you want to use. Use a semicolon to separatemultiple passwords (for
example,apple;banana;pear).

oIf the server access password andmeeting creation passwordare identical, you're
promptedfor only the serveracc ess password.
4. Click Apply.

oParticipantsw horeceive an e-mail invitation to join a meetingcan click the link in the
invitationt o bypass the serveraccess password. However, the participantc anjoin
onlyt hemeeting they're invited to. The participant can't view the list of otheract ive
meetingson the server.
Changingthe meeting creationpassword
Meetingcreation passwords areoptional. Assign a meeting creationpassword if you want users to
haveto t ypea passw ordbefore they can create a meeting.You can assign as many passwords as
necessary.

If you assign a server access password, you must also assign a meeting creationpassword.
