performingthe followingprocedure.
gTo enterthe domain name or IP address in the Windows registry
1. Start the Windows registry editor andbrowse to HK EY_LOCAL_
MACHINE\SOFTWAR E\SMART Technologies Inc.\Bridgit Data-
conferencingSoftware\3.0.
2. Type yourSMARTBridgit server’s domainnameor IP address inthe
MasterServerDomainName boxes.
3. Exit the Windows registry editor.
4. Select Start > Control Panel> Admini strative Tools> Services.
TheServices dialog box appears.
5. Right-click SMART Bri dgit MasterService, andthen select Restart.
TheSMART Bridgit Master Service restarts.

Otherclients disconnect from the SMARTBridgit server when youc ompletethis procedure.
6. Right-click SMART Bri dgit Conference Service,and then select Restart.
TheSMART Bridgit ConferenceService restarts.

If the domainname resolves to your router’spublic IP address, andyour router doesn’tallow loop-
back communication,see Configuring thec lient's HOSTS file below to add the domainname to the
Windows HOSTS file.
