An optionalpassword that a meetingowner uses to create a meeting on the

After you install SMART Bridgit server software, you can use SMART Bridgit
AdministrationTools to create additionalserver access and meeting creation
passwords.

access password

Domain names
If you’re usinga public domain name,y ourSMAR TBridgitserver is accessible to cli ents connecting
via the Internet.I f you use a private domainname, your SMARTBridgitserver is access ibleonly t o
clients connectingfrom wit hiny ourLAN.
Registereddomain name
Toacc ess a server overthe Internet, you must use a fully qualifieddomain name(FQDN) t hatexis ts
int herecords of apublic DNS server. If an FQDN isn't availablefor your server,users can access
yourserver over the Internet usingits IP address directly.
II M P O R TA N T
Do notmix FQDNs and unqualifieddomain names(those notregistered ona DNS server) in the
sameSMAR TBridgitserver Global serverNetw ork(GSN).
IPv4/IPv6 addresses
Duringthe installation process, SMARTBridgit software detects the IP addresses boundto the
servers' networkinterface cards. You can choose to bind SMARTBridgits oftwaret o oneor all of the
computers'IP addresses, if there is moret hanone IP address assigned to the computer.
