1. Double-click the SMART Bridgit Admi nistration Toolss hortcuton the server's desktop,
andthen click the Serverstab.
2. Select the server in the Serverlis t that you want to place on hold or to reactivate.
3. Click On Hold, and then click OK when asked to confirm.
Theserver status c hangesto On Hold.
OR
Click Re-activate.
Theserver status c hangesto Alive.

gTo end a meeting
1. Double-click the SMART Bridgit Admi nistration Toolss hortcuton the server's desktop.
2. Click t heMeetings tab.
3. Select the meeting you want to end, andthen click End Meeting.
4. If you want to broadcast a message to meetingparticipants as the meeting ends, type it in the
Message box.
5. Click OK.
A notification dialogbox and your messageappears on eachmeeting participant's screen, and
themeeting ends.

Youcan use the Microsoft W indows Services administrationconsole to control SMARTBridgit
conferencingsoftware services without restarting the computer.
