Call Park Orbits

♦If your station is busy, the parked call camps-on.

If you have an LCD telephone, you can let the system automatically select an available orbit number which displays on your LCD. To monitor the calls parked at your station, see “Call Park Orbit List Display” in Chapter 3 – LCD Operation.

➤To park a call

1.	Press 3$5. while	The LED flashes
			ENTER ORBIT NO
	on a call	(consultation-hold).
			RTRN
	...or &21)￿7516 +
	￿￿￿￿.
2. Enter a General Orbit		The call is parked and the CO Line flashes (hold), or
	Number (￿￿￿~￿￿￿)	the [DN] LED turns OFF.
	...or a valid [PDN]
	...or if you have an	The system parks the call on the lowest vacant Orbit
	LCD, press ￿￿￿.	Number.
3.	Hang up.	The calling extension or line
			6793 PK ORBIT 900
		number and the orbit
		number are shown.
		If the parked call is not
			LN 2 ORBIT 900
		retrieved within a specified
		time, the call rings back to
		your phone.
		When a parked call recalls
			L 2 PK ORBIT 900
		your phone, the LCD shows
		the line or [DN] that is
		recalling and the orbit
		number.
