Recipients

Fax

The Recipients tab allows you to Add or Remove phone numbers from a phonebook and add them to a recipients list.

FEATURE	INSTRUCTIONS
Add a number to the phone book	¾ Select the Add button on the left side of the
	window.
	¾ Enter the Name and Fax number.
Remove a number from the	¾ Select the entry and select the remove button
phonebook
Move number(s) from the	¾ Select the number(s) and then the >> button
phonebook to the recipients list
Remove a number from the	¾ Select the number and then the << button
recipients list
Add a number to the recipients list	¾ Select the Add button on the right side of the
directly	window.
	¾ Enter the Name and Fax number.
