Local

(On/Off, Default setting: On) The Local parameter allows you to establish or remove the connection between the EM-15 OR’s keyboard/Recorder and the internal tone generator.

When set to “ON” (default), playing on the EM-15 OR’s keyboard or playing back a Recorder song will cause the corresponding notes to sound. If you select “OFF”, the corresponding MIDI messages are no longer sent to the internal tone generator – but they are still transmitted to the MIDI OUT port and hence to external MIDI instru- ments.

(On/Off, Défaut: On) Le paramètre Local vous permet d’établir ou de couper le lien entre le clavier de l’EM-15 OR et le Recorder d’une part et le générateur de sons interne d’autre part.

Avec un réglage “ON” (réglage usine), les notes jouées sur le clavier de l’EM-15 OR et la reproduction d’un Song du Recorder sont audibles. Si vous sélectionnez “OFF” pour couper le lien, les messages MIDI correspondants ne sont plus envoyés au générateur de sons interne. La fonction Local n’empêche cependant pas la transmission des don- nées MIDI correspondantes à la sortie MIDI OUT.

Note: The setting of this parameter is not memorized when you switch the EM-15 OR off.

Note: You can also select this parameter by pressing and hold- ing the [SONG] button.
