12.1 Recording paper jams

12.1.1When the recording paper has jammed in the unit

The display will show the following.

PAPER JAMMED

Important:

LRemove the recording paper, then remove the paper tray beforehand, otherwise the paper may misfeed or jam.

1Open the front cover (1), push the green button (2), then open the back cover (3).

2Remove the jammed recording paper (4).

3Turn the blue gear (5) in the direction of the arrow until the ink film is tight (6) and at least one layer of ink film is wrapped around the blue core (7).
