Machine Settings

ADD. REGISTRATION

	Name	Descriptions

1. 1-TOUCH SPD DIAL		Registers the information on one-touch speed dialing.
		(See "Registering One-Touch Speed Dialing," on p.
		3-1.) Up to 11 destinations can be registered.

1.	TEL NUMBER ENTRY	Registers the other party's fax/telephone number (max.
		120 digits, including spaces).

2.	NAME	Registers the other party's name (max. 16 characters,
		including spaces).

2. CODED SPD DIAL		Registers the information on coded speed dialing. (See
		"Registering Coded Speed Dialing," on p. 3-3.) Up to
		100 destinations can be registered.

		120 digits, including spaces).

2.	NAME	Registers the other party's name (max. 16 characters,
		including spaces).

3. GROUP DIAL		Registers the information on group dialing. (See
		"Registering Group Dialing," on p. 3-4.) Up to 110
		destinations can be registered.

1.	TEL NUMBER ENTRY	Registers the other party's fax/telephone numbers by
		specifying the one-touch speed dialing keys or coded
		speed dialing codes.

2.	NAME	Registers the other party's name (max. 16 characters,
		including spaces).

REPORTS / LISTS

	Name	Descriptions

1.	ACTIVITY REPORT	Prints a report manually before it is printed automatically
		after every 20 transactions.

2.	SPEED DIAL LIST	Prints the list of the fax/telephone numbers registered for
		one-touch speed dialing keys, coded speed dialing
		codes, or group dialing.
		1-TOUCH LIST, CODED DIAL LIST, GROUP DIAL LIST

3.	USER DATA LIST	Prints out a list of items set or registered in the Menu.
