Diverting/Forwarding Calls

Switching Divert/Forwarding On

4406D+ and TransTalk MDW 9040 users must use short codes to activate these features.

To set the divert all calls (unconditional) number and modes:

1.Press Menu twice.

2.Press Next and then press ProgA.

3.Press Divrt. To backspace, press the left-hand display key and set the required divert number, if required.

4.Press Next.

5.To switch Group (forward hunt group calls) and/or Divrt (forward personal calls) on or off, press the display keys. When on, a V symbol is shown above the option.

Diverting hunt group calls is only used when Divert All Calls is also on and only works for calls to circular or linear groups.

6.Press Done and then press Exit.

To set the divert on busy/no answer number and modes:

1.Press Menu twice.

2.Press Next and then press ProgA.

3.Press OnBsy. To backspace, press the left-hand display key and set the required divert number (if required).

4.Press Next.

5.To switch OnBsy (Forward On Busy On) and/or NoAns (Forward On No Answer On) on or off, press the display keys. When on, a V symbol is shown above the option.

6.Press Done and then press Exit.
