PREDISPOSIZIONI MIDI

 

 

 

Bei MIDI (Abkürzung von “Musical Instrument Digital Interface) handelt es sich um eine Norm, die den Austausch von Daten zwischen elektronischen Musikinstrumenten und Personal- computern verschiedener Hersteller ermöglicht.

Diese Schnittstelle gestattet den Anschluß von beliebigen Geräten, die über MIDI-Buchsen verfügen, zur Übertragung und zum Empfang von MIDI-Daten. Das EFX-500 kann BPM-Daten (Taktgebersignal) über die MIDI-Schnittstelle übertragen und empfangen.

Il sistema MIDI (Musical Instrument Digital Interface = Interfaccia digitale per strumenti musicali) è uno standard che unifica gli scambi di dati fra strumenti musicali e computer.

Questa interfaccia consente agli apparecchi dotati di un connettore MIDI di venir collegati per mezzo di cavi MIDI, per consentire la trasmissione e la ricezione di dati. L’EFX-500 può trasmettere e ricevere dati BPM (tempo dell’orologio) per mezzo del sistema MIDI.

SYNCHRONISIEREN EINES EXTERNEN SEQUENZERS ÜBER AUDIOSIGNALE (A)

Ein externer Sequenzer kann mit den von einem CD-Spieler oder

anderen Audiogerät wiedergegebenen Rhythmus synchronisiert

werden.

[Schritt 1] Verbinden Sie die MIDI OUT-Buchse am EFX-500 über ein im Fachhandel erhältliches MIDI-Kabel mit der MIDI IN-Buchse am MIDI-Sequenzer.

¦Schalten Sie den MIDI-Sequenzer in den Slave-Modus.

¦MIDI-Sequenzer, die MIDI-Taktgebersignale nicht unterstützen, können nicht synchronisiert werden.

[Schritt 2] Betätigen Sie die BPM MODE-Taste zur Wahl des AUTO-Modus.

¦Eine Synchronisation mit Musiktiteln, die keine zuverlässige Messung der Anzahl von Taktschlägen pro Minute erlauben, ist nicht möglich.

¦Die im TAP-Modus eingestellte Anzahl von Taktschlägen pro Minute kann ebenfalls als Taktgebersignal ausgegeben

werden.

[Schritt 3] Drücken Sie die Start-Taste am MIDI-Sequenzer im Rhythmus mit dem Beat des Titels.

¦Das EFX-500 synchronisiert sich standardmäßig mit den Viertelnoten der Baßtrommel.

¦Der Ausgabebereich des MIDI-Taktgebersignals beträgt 40- 250 Taktschläge pro Minute.

¦MIDI-Start- und -Stoppsignale werden nicht ausgegeben.

HINWEIS:

Bei bestimmten Titeln ist u.U. keine BPM-Messung möglich.

SYNCHRONISIEREN DES BEAT-EFFEKTS MIT EINEM EXTERNEN SEQUENZER (B)

Der Beat-Effekt des EFX-500 kann mit den Rhythmen eines externen Sequenzers synchronisiert werden.

[Schritt 1] Verbinden Sie die MIDI OUT-Buchse am EFX-500 über ein im Fachhandel erhältliches MIDI-Kabel mit der MIDI IN-Buchse am MIDI-Sequenzer.

¦Schalten Sie den MIDI-Sequenzer in den Master-Modus.

[Schritt 2] Betätigen Sie die BPM MODE-Taste zur Wahl des MIDI-Modus.

¦Im MIDI-Modus wird das an der MIDI OUT-Buchse anliegende Originalsignal nicht beeinflußt, und die der MIDI IN-Buchse

zugeleiteten MIDI-Daten werden unverändert ausgegeben.

[Schritt 3] Starten Sie den MIDI-Sequenzer und drücken Sie eine Beat-Wahltaste am EFX-500 zur Einstellung der Effektzeit.

¦Der Eingabebereich des MIDI-Taktgebersignals beträgt 40- 250 Taktschläge pro Minute.

HINWEIS:

Wenn der MIDI-Sequenzer in Schritten von 0,1 eingestellt wird, erscheint u.U. eine abweichende BPM-Anzeige am EFX-500.

SINCRONIZZAZIONE DI UN SEQUENZIATORE ESTERNO PER MEZZO DI SEGNALI AUDIO (A)

Un sequenziatore esterno può essere sincronizzato con i ritmi

generati da un lettore CD, o da altri apparecchi riproduttori.

[Passo 1] Collegare il terminale MIDI OUT dell’EFX-500 al terminale MIDI IN del sequenziatore MIDI, per mezzo di un comune cavo MIDI, disponibile in commercio.

¦Disporre il seuqneziatore MIDI sulla modalità di sincroniz- zazione asservita.

¦Un sequenziatore MIDI che non disponga di orologio MIDI non può essere sincronizzato.

[Passo 2] Agire sul tasto BPM MODE sino ad attivare la modalità AUTO.

¦I brani che non consentono una misurazione stabile dei valori BPM non possono essere sincronizzati.

¦Anche i valori BPM predisposti in modalità TAP emettono un segnale di orologio.

[Passo 3] Premere il tasto di avvio del sequenziatore MIDI in concomitanza con la battuta del brano.

¦L’EFX-500 sincronizza le note da un quarto del tamburo basso come tempo standard.

¦La gamma di uscita del tempo dell’orologio MIDI va da 40 a 250 BPM.

¦I segnali MIDI di avvio e di arresto non vengono emessi.

NOTA:

Per certi brani, il valore BPM può risultare non misurabile corretta- mente.

SINCRONIZZAZIONE DELL’EFFETTO DI BATTI- MENTO CON UN SEQUENZIATORE ESTERNO (B)

L’effetto di battimento dell’EFX-500 può venire sincronizzato con i ritmi generati da un sequenziatore esterno.

[Passo 1] Collegare il terminale MIDI OUT del sequenziatore MIDI al terminale MIDI IN dell’EFX-500, per mezzo di un comune cavo MIDI, disponibile in commercio.

¦Disporre il sequenziatore MIDI sulla modalità di sincroniz- zazione principale.

[Passo 2] Agire sul tasto BPM MODE sino ad attivare la modalità MIDI.

¦In modalità MIDI, il suono originale al terminale MIDI OUT rimane inalterato, e vengono invece emessi i dati inviati al terminale MIDI IN.

[Passo 3] Avviare il sequenziatore MIDI e premere il tasto dei battimenti dell’EFX-500 per predisporre il tempo dell’effetto.

¦La gamma di ingresso del tempo dell’orologio MIDI va da 40 a

250BPM.

NOTA:

Se il sequenziatore MIDI è stato predisposto a scatti di 0,1,

l’indicazione BPM sull’EFX-500 può risultare diversa.
