GRILL WILL NOT IGNITE WHEN THE IGNITER BUTTON IS PUSHED
.Remove the grill rack and the briquette tray. Watch the igniter tip as you press igniter button. You should see a spark jump from the igniter tip to the burner.
.If there is a spark, is gas supplied to the burner and is the line purged of air? Can you match light the burner? Do the other burners light?
.Check the burner for blockage as described in Cleaning the Grill Burner section on page 34.
.If there is no spark, first replace igniter battery then, call for service.
.Visually check the electrode and wire while turning the igniter knob. If a spark occurs anywhere but at the igniter tip, the igniter must be replaced.
