BEFORE YOU ASSEMBLE THIS EXTENSION TO
MODEL 3400 TABLE SAW
Sort out and account for all parts to make sure that you have all necessary materials to assemble your tool extension. Do not discard packing material until all parts are accounted for (Fig. 2).

Assemble nuts and bolts finger tight only until completely assembled as adjustments may be necessary.

EXTENSION INSTALLATION (FIG. 3)
1.Place extension 1 along desired side of table saw.
2.Place flat washer 5 and hex head bolt 2 through holes at each end of table and extension.
3.Place flat washer 5, lockwasher 4 and hex nut 3 onto hex head bolt as shown. Finger tighten nut.
4.Tighten hardware just enough to allow adjustment of extension.
5.Using a straight edge, adjust extension to be flush with table along top surface and front edge.
6.Tighten nuts securely.
7.Recheck with straight edge.
