Never plug in the appliance without water.
Never open the lid of the steriliser when in use to avoid the risk of scalding.
Caution: bottles, teats and caps will be hot after sterilisation.
–Do not dismantle your appliance.
–Do not use electrical extensions.
–If the power cord is damaged, have it replaced by the manufacturer, its approved repair department or a similarly qualified person to avoid any danger.
–Do not use your appliance if it is not operating correctly or if it has been damaged. In this case, contact an approved TEFAL centre.
–Wait at least 4 minutes after the end of the sterilisation cycle before opening the lid.
–Wait 15 minutes between 2 sterilisations.
–TEFAL accepts no responsibility, and the guarantee will not apply, for any inappropriate use.
–Children should not be allowed to play with the appliance. It is not a toy.
–Use the appliance on a flat stable surface.

Using your appliance
Assembling your product before use
–Unpack the appliance and its accessories. Clean them. Put the removable rod and the supports in place (see drawings).
–Carry out a first sterilisation, without any bottles or accessories inside, by pouring 5 measuring cups of water (100 ml) into the steriliser tank.
Caution: when the appliance is plugged in for the first time, it starts automatically to run a complete cycle.
Therefore, make sure to install the accessories before plugging in the appliance.
On first use, a slight amount of smoke may be given off. This is normally and will quickly disappear.
Sterilisation function
–Clean the teats, accessories and bottles perfectly before placing them in the steriliser. Other utensils can be sterilised, such as spoons, pacifiers, etc. provided they can withstand a temperature of 100°C for 15 minutes.
–If the sterilisation is interrupted for any reason whatsoever, you must start again from the beginning.
