7.3Shutdown

TG-2000A Shutdown

Follow these steps to shutdown TG -2000A.

[Procedure]

1)Select the E nd option in the File menu in the Menu Bar Always end the application before turning off the power. Shutdown is done from the initial window.

Select the File menu in the Menu Bar and select the End option.

*To switch to the Initial window, refer to chapter 6.3.

2)Select [OK] button.

The shutdown confirmation dialog box appears asking to confirm this action.

After verifying the content of the dialog box, click the [OK] button to exit the application.

*Click the [Cancel] button to return to the Initial window.

Maintenance Tip

Always exit the TG -2000A application before turning off the PC. Failing to do so could result in damage.

Note that when the TG -2000A application is exited, the functions used stop. When the charge calculation function is used, set the operation mode to 24-hour continuous operation.

Shutdown verification

Shutting down the OS

Shut down the OS (Windows 2000/XP) after verifying that the TG-2000A application has been exited. Turn off the PC after shutting down the OS.

*Please see the OS or PC owner’s manual for procedures on shutting down the OS and turning off the PC.
