Test 2-9: Total Harmonic DistortionDescription
The purpose of this test is to verify that the AFG mee ts it s spe cifications for
sine wave total harmonic distortion (THD) .
Equipment Setup
•Connect equipment as shown in Figure 2-10
•Set Spectrum Analyzer to :
Ref Level = 25 dBm
Freq Span = 1 kHz
Resolution BW = 30 Hz
Video BW = 30 Hz
NOTE These are recommended settings only. Adjust your Spectrum Analyzer as
necessary.
