Verification Operation Verification is a subset of the Performance Verification tests that
follow. For the AFG, Operation Verific a tion consists of the following tests:
•DC Accuracy
•AC Accuracy
•Total Harmonic Distortion
Performance
Verification The procedures in this secti on are used to test the AFG’s electrical
performance using the specifications in Appendix A of the Agilent E1445A
User’s Manual as the performance standards. These te sts are suitable for
incoming inspection, troubleshootin g, and prev e ntive maintenance. The
results of the Performance Verification te sts should be recorded in the
Performance Test Record (Table 2-11).
