Fill Hydraulic Tank
Fill Hydraulic Tank with Oil:
5.Fill Tank. Fill the Hydraulic Tank (See Figure 4) Fill tank till the Oil is visible in the sight Gauge (See Figure 5 & 7). This will fill tank for the start but it will have to filled again later. Read Step 6 a must.
6.Fill Suction Hose with Oil.
This is an important step that must be
done. Remove the Suction Hose at the pump (See Figure 6) and fill the hose with clean oil, also oil can be put into the pump, This will prevent Dry start up of Pump. Dry start up of PUMP will damage the Pump. After filling suction Hose reinstall it and tighten down Hose fittings. (See Figure 6)
