Obtaining Warranty Protection

To obtain warranty service during the warranty period call AMCC toll free at (800)-945-7273 or (408) 523-1145 (direct) as soon as you have identified a problem with your AMCC 3ware Serial ATA RAID controller unit. You will be issued a return material authorization (RMA) number. AMCC will send a replacement in approximately two business days after receipt of the defective unit (transit time not included).

Advanced replacement is available with a credit card number with authorization in the amount equaling the then current list price of the AMCC 3ware Serial ATA RAID Controller, including shipping costs. As soon as practicable thereafter, AMCC will ship the advanced replacement to you at the address of your choosing. Upon receipt of the advanced replacement, we ask that you immediately ship the defective 3ware RAID Controller to AMCC, RAID Products RMA DEPT, 6290 Sequence Drive, San Diego, CA 92121. If AMCC receives the defective AMCC 3ware Serial ATA RAID Controller from you within thirty (30) days of the date of shipment of the advanced replacement, AMCC will destroy your credit card authorization and you will not be charged for the advanced replacement.

Please use the original packing material contents of the box when exchanging or returning a product.
