Keyboard

Procedure

1. Turn the top case over, locate the keyboard ﬂex cable and remove the Kapton tape

holding the cable.

2. Carefully release the locking bar of the cable’s ZIF connector and pull out the cable.

3. Locate and carefully peel off the insulator ﬁlm over keyboard screws and reserve for

reinstallation.
