NOTE

The boot –lcommand is supported only if the self-boot option is installed.

After executing a boot –l, the ls command may not show the newly-loaded image.

The boot –lcommand display looks like this:

NOTE

Only use the boot -lcommand when reloading your Flash memory (e.g., when upgrading to a new version of software).

Make sure that you have a properly configured load host available or you will erase your image from Flash and will not be able to load a new one.
