Speed Matching
%L0 Provides partial speed matching.
%L1 Enables speed matching.
%L2 Disables speed matching.
%L3 Enables V.8 Automode with fallback to ITU-T Automode.
%L4 Enables V.8 Automode only.
Determines whether the modem uses speed matching to establish
a connection.
Table 7-3 and Table 7-4 indicate the connections that the modem can
establish when %L1 or %L3 is set.
