0—Disable SIP registration.

1—Enable SIP registration. When this flag is enabled, the CiscoATA registers with the SIP Proxy Server

that is specified in the GkorProxy parameter. The CiscoATA also registers with the interval that is

specified in the SIPRegInterval parameter.
