CONVECTION AUTOMATIC OPERATION

AUTO BAKE

AUTO BAKE automatically bakes cakes, brownies, muffins and French fries.

•Suppose you want to bake a bundt cake:

1. Touch AUTO BAKE pad.

2. Select desired setting. Example: For bundt cake, touch number pad 1.

3. Touch START pad.

Note:

1.AUTO BAKE can be programmed with More/Less Time Adjustment. See page 48.

AUTO BAKE CHART

SETTING/FOOD	AMOUNT	RACK	PROCEDURE
1. BUNDT CAKE	1 cake	No rack	Ideal for packaged cake mix or your own
			recipe. Prepare according to package or recipe
			directions and place in a greased and floured
			bundt pan. Place pan in oven. Cool before
			frosting and serving.
2. COOKIES	1 or 2	1 pizza pan	Ideal for refrigerated cookie dough. Prepare
	pizza	No rack	according to package or recipe directions and
	pans	2 pizza pans	place on a greased and floured 12” pizza pan.
		High	Cookies should be approximately 1/3 inch thick
			and 2 inches in diameter for best results. After
			the preheat is over, place pan in oven. Cool
			before serving.
3. MUFFINS	6-12 cups	1 pan	Ideal for packaged muffin mix or your own
	1 or 2	No rack	recipe for 6-12 medium size muffins. Prepare
	muffin pan	2 pans	according to package or recipe directions and
		High	place in muffin pan. After the preheat is over,
			place pan in oven.
4. FRENCH	3-24 oz	1 pizza pan	Use frozen prepared French fries.
FRIES	1 or 2 pizza	No rack	No preheat is required for the French fries
	pans	2 pizza pans	baking procedure. Place French fries on pizza
