You can:

Specify whether all permanent downloaded resources, such as fonts and macros stored in RAM, are saved if the printer receives a job that requires more memory than is available.

Off*-The printer retains downloaded resources only until memory is needed. It then deletes those resources associated with the inactive printer language.

On-The printer retains all downloaded resources for all printer languages during language changes and printer resets. If the printer runs out of memory, 38 Memory Full appears.

The finishing menu specifies the default finishing for all print jobs.

1.From the menu list, use the Arrow buttons to scroll to the Finishing menu.

2.Press the Select button .

3.Press the Right Arrow button until the heading you want appears on the display, and then press the Select button .

4.Use the Arrow buttons to scroll through the available menu items.
