Defining Device IP Addresses

The IP Addressing page contains a link to the IP Interface Parameters page that is used to assign the device IP address, subnet mask and default gateway, and for enabling or disabling DHCP.

To open the IP Addressing page, click System IP Addressing in the tree view.

Defining IP Interface Parameters

To open the IP Interface Parameters page, click SystemIP Addressing IP Interface Parameters in the tree view.

DHCP — The DHCP client can be enabled to acquire the network configuration dynamically. The DHCP default value is Disable. This field enables the DHCP client.

IP Address — Specifies the IP Address currently assigned to the device.

Subnet Mask— Specifies the subnet mask of the IP Address, currently assigned to the device.

Default Gateway — Specifies the Default Gateway Address, currently assigned to the device.

Setting static IP Interface parameters:

1Open the IP Interface Parameters page.

2Set the IP Address, Subnet Mask and Default Gateway.

3Click Apply Changes.

The static interface parameters are set and the device is updated.
