Transitioning Between Modes

Figure 4-5 shows the transition between Managed, Secure and Unmanaged operating modes:

•The Managed Mode LED designates whether the management interface is active on the switch. The LED is ON only in the Managed mode, and OFF in Secure and Unmanaged modes.
