bClick Add.

cClick OK, and then close the Printers folder.

If Update Now is unavailable, follow these steps:

aIn the Options list, find 250-sheet tray or 500-sheet tray.

bChange the setting from Not Installed to Installed.

cClick OK, and then close the Printers folder.

Dell Workgroup Laser Printer S2500n

Setting the paper size and type for the S2500n printer is done through the Dell Printer Configuration Web Tool.

Use the following steps to change the S2500n printer paper size and type:

1Type your network printer’s IP address in your Web browser.

NOTE: If you do not know what your printer’s IP address is, print a network setup page, which lists the IP address.

2When the Printer Status page appears, select Printer Settings in the left column.

3Select Paper Menu from the Printer Settings page.

4Select PAPER SIZE.

5Select the paper size you have in each tray.

6Click Submit.

7Select Printer Settings in the left column.

8Select Paper Menu from the Printer Settings page.

9Select PAPER TYPE.

10Select the paper type you have in each tray.

11Click Submit.
