2.Locking tool

Insert locking tool into a hole located on the right side of angle transmission while forcing retainer spring to the left side. Insert locking tool further into blade retainer fixing slot to fix output shaft.

CAUTION

Fasten output shaft using locking tool securely in order to avoid the possibility of output shaft rotating when mounting cutting blade which will prevent the cutting blade fastening nut from being tightened sufficiently.

1.Socket wrench

2.Blade

Tighten the nut (turn anticlockwise) using a socket wrench. Never fasten while applying your weight. Otherwise the thread of nut could be broken.

Replace nut and cup with new ones no matter how small the wear is.

WARNING DANGER

IF WORN NUT AND CUP FOR BLADE ARE USED, THERE IS A DANGER OF BLADE GETTING LOOSE. REPLACE THEM WITH NEW ONES.

CAUTION

Wear gloves to reduce the risk of injury caused by unintentional contact with the blade.

2.Arretierwerkzeug

Stecken Sie das Arretierwerkzeug in das Loch auf der rechten Seite des Winkelgetriebes.

Drücken Sie dabei die Rückhaltefeder nach links. Stecken Sie das Blocklerwerkzeug in das Arretierungsloch der Fixierplatte, um den Werkzeugaufnahmebolzen zu blockieren.

VORSICHT

Hindern Sie Werkzeug-Aufnahmebolzen sich zu drehen, indem Sie das Arretierwerkzeug benutzen, während Sie das Messer montieren. Dies verhindert, daß sich der Aufnahmebolzen von selbst dreht.

1.Steckschlüssel

Die Mutter mittels Steckschlüssel (entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn) festziehen.

Niemals mit voller Kraft anziehen. Das Gewinde der Mutter könnte beschädigt werden.

Ersetzen Sie gebrauchte Muttern und Auflage durch neue, egal wie lange sie benutzt wurden.

ACHTUNG GEFAHR

WIRD GEBRAUCHTE MUTTER UND AUFLAGE ZUR BEFESTIGUNG DES SCHNEIDBLATTS VERWENDET, BESTEHT DIE GEFAHR, DAß SICH DIE MUTTER LÖST.

Handschuhe tragen, um das Risiko einer Verletzung durch Berührung mit der Klinge zu vermeiden.

2.Chiave a perno ferma-disco

Inserite la chiave a perno ferma-disco nel foro sulla parte destra della testina, tirando la molla porta disco a sinistra. Inserire ulteriormente il perno di bloccaggio nella scanalatura della piasrina porta-disco per bloccare l’alberino.

ATTENZIONE

Fissate l’alberino di uscita usando la chiave a perno ferma-disco per evitare che l’albero ruoti quando si monta il disco, altrimenti il dado di fissaggio del disco potrebbe non essere serrato sufficientemente.

2.Disco

Serrare il dado (girare in senso antiorario) utilizzando una chiave a tubo.

Non fissare mai mentre applicate il vostro peso, altrimenti la filettatura del dado potrebbe danneggiarsi. Sostituire il bullone e il coperchieito con due pezzi nuovi, senza tenere conto delle dimensioni delle stesse e dell’usura.

AVVERTENZA PERICOLO

SE VENISSERO UTILIZZATI BULLONI E COPERCHI USATI, CI SAREBBE PERICOLO DI ALLENTAMENTO O PERDITA DEL DISCO. SOSTITUITELI CON PEZZI NUOVI.

ATTENZIONE

Mettere i guanti per ridurre il pericolo di infortunarsi a causa di contatto involontario con il disco.
