The following maintenance operations are possible:

zEditing the e-Mail Address Book

zEditing the fax number list

zRoller cleaning

zScan test

zAdministrator login (when [Auto Login] is set to [On])

zChanging password (when logged in with a local account)

1.On the [Main Menu] or [Job Menu] window, press the [Maintenance] button.

DThe [Maintenance] window appears.

2.Perform maintenance operation by pressing the following buttons:

z [Edit e-Mail Addresses] button

The [e-Mail Address Book] window appears. e-Mail addresses can be added, edited, or deleted.
