Creating Partner Locations

Procedure To create partner locations, complete the following steps:

Step Action

1From the Tools menu, select Partner Editor.

System Response

The system displays the Partner Editor Dialog Box.

2◗Select the partner profile or the system partner (Internal System

User) for which you want to create a location.

◗Click Locations.

System Response

The system displays the Location Select Dialog Box.

3Click New.

System response

The system displays the Location Entry Dialog Box.

4In the Name box, type a unique identifier that defines this location

within the partner.

5In the Reference Code 1 box, type the unique identifier for the

location you are defining.

Example

The DUNS number for the location.

6Complete the remaining boxes, as necessary.

Note

If you use Reference Code 2, it must also be unique.

7Click Save.

System response

Saves the location information and displays a blank Location Entry

dialog box.

8If you want to enter additional locations for this partner, repeat steps

4 through 7 as many times as necessary.

9Click Exit.

System Response

The system returns to the Partner Editor dialog box.
