This option determines whether or not data is cleared from the display when the number of columns is changed.

When this option is checked, the font used in 132 column writing mode will be the same as that used in 80 column mode.

●Backspace = DEL Factory default: Unchecked

The setting of this option determines whether or not a backspace command performs a delete.

●Printed data type

Factory default: All characters

The setting of this option determines the range of character sent to the printer. Select from All characters, Ascii characters, National only, Multinational + line drawing or National + line drawing.

●Print extent

Factory default: Full page

The setting of this option determines the display area that will be printed with a print screen command. Select either Full page or the Scroll region.

●Enable bi-directional printing Factory default: Unchecked

The setting of this option determines whether data from the printer can be transmitted to the host during print controller mode.
