pppstatus
Description
This command displays the status of all ModMux and asynchronous PPP-IPCP links.
If IPCP is running on the link (the link status is RUNNING), this command also displays
the local and remote IP addresses.

Column Description
Link Displays the link number.
Phase Displays the status of the link. Values are:
zINITIALIZE—Indicates the link is down.
zSERIALCONN—Indicates the link is up, but not connected. The
link is waiting for the data carrier detect (DCD) signal or the
data set ready (DSR) signal to come up.
zESTABLISH—Indicates the link is up, but not connected. The
AI232 and the remote device are negotiating basic
information on how the connection will operate.
zAUTHENTICATE—Indicates the link is up, but not connected. The
link is validating ID and password information with the remote
device.
zNETWORK—Indicates the link is up, but not connected. The link
is negotiating the local and remote IP addresses.
zRUNNING—Indicates the link is up and connected. IPCP is
running on the link. The AI232 and the remote device can
transfer IP packets over the link.
