AI232 Local Menu System: Accessing the Help Menu

Accessing the Help Menu

The AI232 help menu lists all available keyboard codes and function keys with their associated purposes. The help menu can be accessed by doing one of the following things:

zPressing F1 and ENTER

zSelecting Help on the menu and ENTER

zPressing ESC-1 and ENTER.

The following example displays the first page of the local menu system help screen:

This screen displays when you press the <F1> key or if you enter an invalid key-

stroke from the

Main Menu. The

following keyboard function

keys are programmed

to allow

you to

enter or change

data in menus:

 

<F1>;

<F2>;

<F4>; UP Arrow;

DOWN Arrow; LEFT Arrow;

RIGHT Arrow

If you can not locate these keys on your keyboard, use the following keyboard

equivalent codes to provide the

same

functionality:

the RIGHT and LEFT arrow keys can then be used

 

 

 

to access

the other commands.
