Utilisation et entretien du four

Lorsque l’opération de cuisson au four/ rôtissage est terminée, le mot “End” et l’heure du jour apparaîtront sur l’afficheur. Quatre signaux sonores seront entendus, suivis par un bref signal sonore à chaque minute, jusqu’à ce qu’on ouvre la porte ou appuie sur la touche CANCEL/OFF.

Déshydratation

On peut utiliser le four à convection pour déshydrater une variété d’aliments.

1. Préparer les aliments.

Préparer les aliments conformément aux recommandations de la recette.

REMARQUE : Pour d’autres renseignements détaillés au sujet de la déshydratation, consulter le livre écrit spécifiquement au sujet de la déshydratation et/ou la conservation des aliments.

2.Répartir les aliments sur les grilles de séchage.

Les grilles ne sont pas fournies avec le four. Voir la page suivante pour commander une trousse* de déshydratation qui comprend des grilles et un espaceur, ou contacter un magasin local qui offre des ustensiles de cuisson spéciaux.

3.Placer les grilles de séchage dans le four pour permettre une circulation maximale de l’air autour des grilles.
