Levée de la pâte à pain

Vous pouvez utiliser votre four à convection pour faire lever le pain.

Première levée : Placer la pâte dans un bol légèrement graissé et le recouvrir de papier ciré enduit de shortening sans serrer.

1. Placer le bol sur la grille 2.

Placer la lèchefrite sur la grille 1 et y verser deux tasses d’eau bouillante. Fermer la porte du four.

4. Mettre le four en marche.

Laisser la pâte lever jusqu’à ce qu’elle ait presque doublé de taille. La durée de levée peut être plus rapide et dépendra du type et de la quantité de pâte. Vérifier la pâte au bout de 20 à 25 minutes.
