9. Mettre le four en marche.

REMARQUES:

•Lorsque la température de l’aliment atteint 38° C (100° F), le grand afficheur montrera la température réelle de l’aliment par intervalle de 3° C (5° F) de plus jusqu’à la température de fin de cuisson choisie. Quatre signaux sonores se feront entendre lorsque l’aliment atteint la température choisie. Le four s’éteint alors.

•Si on désire changer la température de la sonde après le début de la cuisson, répéter les étapes 5, 6 et 9.

10.Débrancher la sonde après la cuisson.

Un bref signal sonore sera entendu à chaque minute pour rappeler que la cuisson est achevée, jusqu’au moment où on débranche la sonde thermométrique.

11. Retirer l’aliment du four.

(Pour éviter une cuisson excessive.)

12. Nettoyer la sonde.

Laver la sonde thermométrique avec une éponge savonneuse et essuyer parfaitement. Utiliser un tampon à récurer en plastique pour enlever les résidus alimentaires cuits sur la sonde. On peut également laver la sonde au lave-vaisselle.
