The aperture setting is indicated in the Top Status LCD panel and viewfinder.

The aperture indication changes in 1/3 stop increments between the lens’ maximum and minimum apertures.

You can also set the aperture by rotating the lens aperture ring. In this case, F--blinks in the viewfinder and in the Top Status LCD panel and you can only confirm the aperture setting through the aperture direct readout in the viewfinder.

To select the minimum aperture with the lens aperture ring, you must also set the minimum aperture with the Sub-Command dial.

4 Look inside the viewfinder. Compose, and lightly press the Shutter Release button.
