3.7.1Ethertalk Configuration

Choices you can make to conÞgure the printer/NIC for an Ethertalk network are shown below.

Ethertalk ConÞg selections include:

¥General ConÞg.-->

¥Zone Name: Logical group where FastManage exists.

¥Enable Ethertalk: Enables/disables the Ethertalk protocol.

¥Ethertalk Phase: Sets the compatibility level of the Appletalk network system (Phase II by default).

¥Printer Setup -->ÓPrinter1Ó is the default printer port and cannot be modiÞed.
