7.4.4Printing via a Server/Print Queue

To select a print queue for indirect printing:

Note: Use the Create Printer dialog box to select an appropriate print queue.

1. From the Print Þeld, select an appropriate print queue.

Note: You may have to select Other and Browse the network to Þnd and select an appropriate queue.

2.Click on OK in the Create Printer dialog box.

The newly conÞgured printer appears in the Print Manager window.

7.4.5Creating a Print Queue

Use the Create Printer dialog box to set up a shared printer on a network.

1.Click on the Share this Printer on the Network check box.

2.Enter the printer queue name as you want it to appear to users.
