1. General Function

The PA-24DTR (24DTI) circuit card provides an interface between 24 digital trunks and the system at

1.544 Mbit/s. This card can be also used as an interface for a Common Channel Interoffice Signaling

(CCIS) o r an ISDN net w o rk w h en b eing connected t o a n a dditi on a l CC H or D C H circ u it card with a flat

cable as illustrated bel ow. A built-in resonance circuit can be use d for the purpose of extractin g c l ock sig-

nals when the PBX functions as a PLO-secondary switch. To obtain appropriate speech level, this card is

equip ped with a mask ROM in whic h t ypical PAD pa tterns hav e been a lready writte n. A de sire d PAD va lue

can be easily selecte d b y k e y settings and programming f rom t he MAT.
