1. General Function

The PA-8ILCE-A (ILC) circuit card provides an interface between the system and a maximum of eight

ISD N BRI (Basi c Rate Interface) t ermina ls, a llowi ng the system t o us e e ight ISD N BR I s, which a r e m a de

up of two B channels at 64 kbps and one D channel at 16 kbp s (2B+D × 8), on the same bus. In addition,

this card supports D channel packet function. For this feature, however, available channels are seven

channels, ranging from No. 0 to No. 6.
