1. General Function

The PA -8COTBJ (8COT) circuit car d provides a n interface between a maximum of 8C.O. lines and the

syste m. And this card also provides the call er ID service. Depending upon keys sett ing of this card, the fir st

circui t on t h i s card can b e u sed as an i nt er face for Paging Equipment. In this instance, the second circuit is

also us ed for the purpose of activating the Paging Equ ipment. Example of the Paging Equipment and Caller

ID service are illustrated below. In addition, the appropriate v alue of Terminal Impedance an d Balancing

Netw o rk (BN W ) can be selected b y k e y set ting.
