Replacing CPU
Follow the steps below to replace a failed CPU:
1.Use Data Viewer of NEC ESMPRO Manager to identify the failed CPU.
2.Remove the CPU/IO module referring to page
3.Replace the CPU.
4.Install the CPU/IO module referring to page
