To activate Customer Originated Trace after receiving a harassing or prank telephone call:

1.Press the Goodbye Key to disconnect from the harassing or prank telephone call.
2.Press the Line (DN) Key.
3.Press the CustOrigTr Key, or dial the Customer Originated Trace FAC.
An announcement will inform you whether or not the call was successfully traced.
4.Press the Goodbye Key to disconnect .
The feature is automatically deactivated.
