Special mailboxesSpecial mailboxes are set up automatical ly when CallPilot is initialized.
The Special mailboxes include:
• General Delivery Mailbox
• System Administrator Mailbox
General Delivery Mailbox
The General Delivery Mailbox stores messages:
• from callers who use a rotary dial phone
• for people in your company who do not have Subscriber mailboxes
The System Administrator, Receptionist or desig n ated Operator can access the messages in the
General Delivery Mailbox and send them to the appropriate mailbox.
System Administrator Mailbox
This mailbox is used by your System Administrator as a personal mailbox. You can leave
messages for the System Administrator in th is mailbox. Broadcast messages must be sent from the
System Administrator Mailbox.
