Working with the System Configuration Menu

After selecting System Configuration on the main menu, the System Configuration menu appears, allowing you to set up a number of CPU network functions. The menu contains the following items:

Administration Parameters

This selection leads you to the

 

ADMINISTRATION PARAMETERS menu, from

 

which you can identify the system name,

 

the person who is responsible for the

 

CPU, and the location where the CPU is

 

installed. This information is useful when

 

you access the CPU from remote

 

locations using SNMP and HTML

 

communication. See ADMINISTRATION

 

PARAMETERS MENU on page 95 for more

 

information about this selection.
