Convention	Example	Used for
Underlined word in capital letters	PLAY	Display options on two-line display telephones.
(shown in the bottom line of a		Press the button directly below the option on the

These text conventions are used in this guide to indicate the information described.

Convention Description

bold Courier	Indicates command names, options, and text that you must enter.
text	Example: Use the info command.
	Example: Enter show ip {alertsroutes}.
italic text	Indicates book titles.
plain Courier	Indicates command syntax and system output (for example, prompts
text	and system messages).
	Example: Set Trap Monitor Filters
FEATURE	Indicates that you press the button with the corresponding icon on the
HOLD	set you are using.
