There is a Domain Discrepancy.

Verify that the domain of the mail address of the sender is programmed in User Function 91: Domain Name (of the Internet Fax).

Example:

The mail address of the sender is: admin@fax.test.com

Using this example, there are three ways to program User Function 91: Domain Name.

fax.test.com

test.com

com

If User Function 91: Domain Name is programmed as

fax.text.com

Your machine will ONLY receive from that sender.

com

Your machine will receive from all COM domains.

I didn’t receive a Relay Return Receipt.

Message Disposition Notification (MDN) must be set to ON before you request a Relay Return Receipt.

Your machine will automatically send a Relay Return Receipt to the sender if an error occurs during the relay transmission.
