Format	: See Fig. 4-5-3.
Purpose	: To provide the user with a comprehensive communication record listing for his
	administrative or management purposes.
	When paper RX is completed normally, result of the communication is not
	printed in the report. But in memory RX, result of the communication is always
	printed in the report.
Method	: The report will be manually printed out.
Descriptions	: 1.	Title of the report
	2.	Date and time when the report was printed
	3.	Sender ID
	4.	Total TX and total RX time
	5.	Date of transmission or reception
	6.	Time when the communication started
	7.	Length of time for which the FX-051 was connected to the line
	8.	Identification of the remote station
